Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped.

Orders placed within Australia are shipped with Sendle. Your shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Orders can be tracked via Shop app. 

International orders are shipped via Australia Post for a flat rate of $40.

Returns 

At And Chelle we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we accept returns requests within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange your product, we can offer a store credit valid for 3 years or issue a refund. 

The garment must be returned in its original condition with all tags still attached. Original condition requires the garment to be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with the original tags and labelling still attached. This also means the garments must not have any perfumes, body odour, or stains. 

Please note returns shipping will not be covered by And Chelle.

 Please email customerservice@andchelle.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, your reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange, store credit or refund.  Please note we have very limited stock so exchange requests may not always be possible. For any concerns including faulty items or queries please email customerservice@andchelle.com
